These terms cover this website and the PortalDesk app. By using them you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

The app

• PortalDesk is sold as a one-time purchase on Steam. Purchase, payment, refunds and licensing are governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement, including Steam's refund policy.
• You get a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use PortalDesk on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows.
• PortalDesk changes how your desktop icons are displayed; it is designed to leave your files where they are. Still, keep backups of anything important.
• Early Access means the app is still being developed. Features and prices may change, and Early Access buyers receive the full version.

No warranty

The app and website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss beyond the price you paid for PortalDesk. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

The website

The text, images and design of this site belong to PortalDesk. You may share links and screenshots to talk about the product. Product names and trademarks of other companies belong to their owners.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continuing to use the site or app after that means you accept the new version.
